    福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協(xié)會成立于去年５月份，成立協(xié)會的直接動因，是當(dāng)時(shí)我國石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)正遭遇歐盟提出的“反傾銷案”。去年年初，歐洲天然石產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)合會對中國http://www.stonebuy.com的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/提起訴訟，如果歐方勝訴，將大幅度提高我國對歐盟諸國出口http://en.stonebuy.com/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的稅額，其后果不僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)上受損失，而且意味著我國在歐洲的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html將喪失殆盡。這是我國石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)遭遇的第一起反傾銷案，也是我國建材行業(yè)標(biāo)額最大的一起國際訴訟。

    這一反傾銷案涉及全國２７家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，其中２／３來自福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省，湊巧的是，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的年出口http://en.stonebuy.com/量大約在６億美元左右，在全國也占２／３的份額。國家有關(guān)部門進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)時(shí)，聚首北京且頭一次面對“國際官司”的福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/強(qiáng)烈感到有必要抱成一團(tuán)，于是在北京聯(lián)名發(fā)起成立福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協(xié)會。

    沉重的壓力和緊迫感賦予了這家協(xié)會新的特色，一是成為石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/自己的“家”，協(xié)會的首批會員單位１５０個(gè)，會長、副會長全部由企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/家擔(dān)任，在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層面上消減“官方”色彩；二是根據(jù)福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)的特點(diǎn)，確定了把吸納民營企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、提升行業(yè)素質(zhì)以應(yīng)對“入世”的需求和促進(jìn)海峽兩岸同業(yè)的交流作為工作的重心，民營企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在協(xié)會中占８０％以上；三是自成形于“娘胎”起就投入為企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/辦實(shí)事的緊張忙碌中——義不容辭地肩負(fù)起協(xié)調(diào)有關(guān)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/應(yīng)訴“反傾銷”的重任。這次應(yīng)訴，以２００多萬元人民幣的訴訟費(fèi)用為代價(jià)，取得了歐盟方撤訴的勝利，保住了我國石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)在歐盟的市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。

    首戰(zhàn)告捷，使協(xié)會的號召力和凝聚力大增，協(xié)會一鼓作氣，發(fā)揮其在政府、市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html與企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/間穿針引線的橋梁作用，首先是推動海峽兩岸石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)的優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)，與臺灣石材http://www.stonebuy.com/同仁磋商，促成了兩岸石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)的多次互訪、合作和投資；結(jié)合宣傳貫徹天然石材http://www.stonebuy.com/１３項(xiàng)國家與行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，先后舉辦６期石材http://www.stonebuy.com/抽檢人員的培訓(xùn)班，全�。玻埃矀�(gè)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/２７５人參加了培訓(xùn)并由國家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/質(zhì)檢中心頒發(fā)證書，切實(shí)解決了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/質(zhì)檢員無證上崗的老問題；協(xié)助福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/著名的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)地南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市與惠安縣成功舉辦了兩屆全國石材http://www.stonebuy.com/博覽會和國際石雕博覽會，并協(xié)助當(dāng)?shù)卣�府向國家有關(guān)部門申報(bào)，２００１年閩南建材第一市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html獲“中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/城”命名并被評為“全國十大建材市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html”，惠安縣石雕廠被授予“中國http://www.stonebuy.com石雕工藝城”稱號。

    在最近召開的一屆二次理事會上，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協(xié)會喜氣洋洋地吸納了一批新會員，在部署下一個(gè)年度的工作時(shí)表示，他們將著重在提高行業(yè)整體素質(zhì)，引導(dǎo)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/面對國際市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，建立培訓(xùn)基地和深加工基地，宣貫國家和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，加強(qiáng)閩臺合作以及在礦山規(guī)劃、環(huán)境治理上發(fā)揮更大的作用。
