“比起福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/、廣東來，山東的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/改制分別晚了5年和6年，直接的結(jié)果是，我們由原來的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工第一大省，變成了如今的全國第三名。”在9月7日上午召開的中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)高層論壇上，山東石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會秘書長周克繼說這番話時，顯得很無奈。

　　據(jù)悉，閩、粵等省的國有企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在上世紀90年代初開始大規(guī)模改制，一大批國有企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/轉(zhuǎn)軌變型為中外合資、外商獨資、股份制和民營企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。而一直到了1997年市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html進入低潮調(diào)整的時候，山東國有石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/才開始被迫調(diào)整。改制慢半拍造成的直接后果是，少數(shù)國有企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在低落的市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html面前無奈倒閉，而重組后新生的民營企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/因為錯過了紅火市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的托舉，也發(fā)展緩慢，技術(shù)工藝上不去。于是，當福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/、廣東等地的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/開始以雕刻、墓碑等大量賺取外匯的時候，山東仍在向市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html供應(yīng)簡單的板材。

　　山東石材http://www.stonebuy.com/資源豐富，花色品種繁多，煙臺、青島、臨沂、威海、濟寧、日照6市的大理石、花崗石儲量巨大。但全省316處已開發(fā)的礦山除了平邑等少數(shù)縣以外，大部分還被“小、土、散、亂”的個體企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/濫挖亂采。據(jù)省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會統(tǒng)計，目前我省共有規(guī)模以上的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/170多家，去年全省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)量約6000萬平方米。

　　“在關(guān)閉落后生產(chǎn)的小礦山、小石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的同時，我省將堅持發(fā)展與淘汰并舉、并小上大相結(jié)合的原則，推進石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的戰(zhàn)略性重組，組建石材http://www.stonebuy.com/大企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、大集團。”周克繼對記者說，“因為，企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/大了才有利于增強規(guī)模經(jīng)濟，而大企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/也可以更廣泛地利用經(jīng)濟資源和市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html空間，才可以更好地走可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路。”
