　　專家：實施“臨海戰(zhàn)略”

　　郭副會長說，經(jīng)過“自然演進”到“自覺推進”的循序漸進，我省已形成了泉州http://www.zongyi.com.cn/、廈門、漳州三大區(qū)域的閩南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)集群區(qū)，成為全國最大的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)集群區(qū)。2004年，閩南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/總產(chǎn)值達258億元，出口http://en.stonebuy.com/8.5億美元，約占全省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)值及出口http://en.stonebuy.com/的80％。作為“中國http://www.stonebuy.com建材之鄉(xiāng)”的南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/，更是引領(lǐng)了閩南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)集群區(qū)域的“龍頭”。

　　郭副會長建議，今后閩南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)必須立足于打好“海峽牌”，以建設(shè)海峽西岸經(jīng)濟區(qū)為契機，在閩南區(qū)域建造世界最大的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，用3至5年時間在閩南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中培育3－5個產(chǎn)值超100億的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)園區(qū)，扶持10個產(chǎn)值超10億元的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和3－5個大型跨國集團公司。同時，必須以閩南區(qū)域為重點，建立石材http://www.stonebuy.com/現(xiàn)代物流配送中心。

　　“瞅準關(guān)稅下調(diào)之機，擴大荒料石進口額。”南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/一經(jīng)營進口荒料石的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主王先生說。據(jù)他介紹，從2005年1月1日起，我國石材http://www.stonebuy.com/荒料進口關(guān)稅由原來的4％下降到1％。南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/所需荒料石大部分是從意大利、西班牙、土耳其、挪威、印度等國家進口，關(guān)稅下調(diào)惠及石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要緊緊抓住這一機遇，擴大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/荒料的進口量，降低生產(chǎn)成本，才能在國際石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的競爭中立于不敗之地。
