5月15日，由中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業協會、中國http://www.stonebuy.com建筑材料工業規劃研究院、廣東省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業協會7名專家組成的云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業發展戰略研究小組蒞臨云城區，將實地開展為期一個星期的調研活動，這標志著為期四個月的云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業發展戰略研究課題正式全面鋪開。

      5月16日，市委副書記賴斌在會見云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業發展戰略研究小組的專家時，詳細介紹了云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業發展的現狀和存在的不足，希望專家們在調查研究中實事求是分析云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業發展現狀和國內外石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業發展趨勢，找出云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業、產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的定位和發展方向，提出加快云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業發展的對策。

      據了解，云城區作為集全國乃至世界名優石材http://www.stonebuy.com/為我所用和云浮“中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/基地中心”、“中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/流通示范基地”的重要組成部分，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業發展成績是有目共睹的。但云城區委、區政府面對國內外石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業競爭日益激烈和區內石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業綜合競爭力不強，特別是行業結構、產權、體制、研發、環境污染等方面存在的不足，區委書記袁錦權、區長闕繼興等黨政班子領導樹立了強烈的危機意識，未雨綢繆，立足長遠，在財政收支矛盾突出的情況下，落實了專門的調研經費，聘請國家及省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/和建材行業專家組開展石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業戰略研究，“借腦”求做大做強石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業良方妙策。

      在為期四個月的云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業發展戰略研究過程中，云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業發展戰略研究小組將按照科學發展觀的要求，以市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html為導向，在現有產業基礎上，做好云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業全面發展的戰略規劃研究。戰略研究側重于前瞻性、針對性、科學性、實用性和可操作性，將加強宏觀政策引導和戰略規劃引導，提出如何提升云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業競爭力的措施和建議，解決可持續發展后勁不足問題，研究出適合云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業可持續發展的戰略，不斷提高云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的產業競爭力和區域綜合競爭力。

      這次發展戰略研究的研究課題內容包括云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業調研分析，找準云浮石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業發展的戰略定位，制定好戰略目標，明確好發展方向，研究好可持續發展戰略方案，以及為地方政府加強宏觀政策和戰略規劃引導提供針對性強、操作性強、切實可行的方案措施和建議。具體研究工作由研究機構負責，采取實地調研、走訪企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和地方、查閱資料、信息檢索、統計分析等方式進行，研究工作完成后，將正式提交戰略研究報告，再組織20多位專家對提交的戰略研究報告進行論證。

      另據了解，這次課題研究單位是云城區人民政府委托中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業協會、中國http://www.stonebuy.com建筑材料工業規劃研究院等進行的。研究人員包括中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業協會秘書長劉建華，中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業協會副秘書長、教授級高工譚金華和中國http://www.stonebuy.com建筑材料工業規劃研究院副院長張士秀等7名專家。云城區委、區政府也專門成立了工作協調小組負責聯系、協調、配合研究機構開展研究工作。
