      計劃引進工程師及其更高級的人才20名以上，熟練技術人才達300名以上。我們不但要引進，更重要的是要對他們進行培訓、關心和愛護。我們不但要培訓其業務技能，更重要的是培養其法律意識、顧客意識、質量意識以及團隊意識。

      1. 多用橋式切石機

      2004年研制開發的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工中心，功能齊全，加工精度高，具世界領先水平，填補了國內的空白。

      該產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/是采用工業電腦控制的全自動的智能化的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工設備。其機頭和大梁的位移采用滾動直線導軌和滾動螺旋傳動，位移精度已達到國際先進水平。機頭在水平面和立體面內均能旋轉360度，由于采用CNC控制，加之滾動螺旋傳動，其機頭能到達加工范圍內的任意空間角度和任意空間位置。刀軸能裝鋸頭、磨頭、鉆頭和銑刀，能對石材http://www.stonebuy.com/進行切削加工，磨削加工、鉆削加工和銑削加工。鋸片能垂直切削，水平切削和斜切削，能把石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工成圓形、三角形、梯形、菱形、平行四邊形及各種立體弧線弧狀等等。
