落后工具、工藝須淘汰

　　陳維振認為，廈門石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業的優勢主要體現在品種集群和產業鏈的完整，以及閩南地區深厚的石文化積淀，再加上港口優勢，集聚效應已經形成。事實上，中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業的發展就是以廈門為中心向西向北輻射延伸，全國各地的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/領域都有福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/人拓荒的身影。毫無疑問，廈門是中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業的發動機。

　　陳維振說：“雖然產業部分會向上海等地轉移，但從未來發展看，廈門作為石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業中心的地位仍將進一步加強，特別是它作為區域集散地的角色。”

　　此前，廈門市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商會會長許榮旗更是表示，廈門的目標是成為世界石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工貿中心。他說，眼下廈門石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業大規模企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/少，而且企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/以貿易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/型為主，掌握的技術少，而隨著全球供應鏈的發展和物流配送的進步，單純貿易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/服務的生存空間將被壓縮，所以廈門石材http://www.stonebuy.com/期待著“兩步走”：第一步邁向世界石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工中心，第二步邁向世界石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工貿中心。

　　不過，陳維振也提醒，除了行業普遍的資源威脅和低價無序競爭之外，廈門石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業還面臨著技術的更新換代。以加工大理石的磨機為例，意大利企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/早已用上價值300萬元人民幣的自動磨機，而廈門企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/還只用得起價值一兩萬元的手磨機，這是裝備的差別。表現在工藝上，意大利產的大理石塊已經實現了“無縫連接”，而我們的產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/縫隙較大，相形之下顯得粗糙。
