－－第十四屆(2007年)埃及國際建材與建筑展覽會觀感 文/候建華

　　6月的埃及首都開羅炎熱，而在21-25日開羅國際會議中心舉辦的第十四屆(2007年)埃及國際建材與建筑展覽會(也譯為十四屆國際建筑一埃及出口http://en.stonebuy.com/商和制造商展覽會/四屆石材http://www.stonebuy.com/展)上，除了使觀眾深切感到當(dāng)?shù)刈匀粴夂蛲�，對埃及�?a >石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/將在政府扶持下步入又一輪快速發(fā)展期所形成的又一次熱潮，最終形成石材http://www.stonebuy.com/深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈有了初步了解。

　　首先，從展會布局上看，重點突出了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/地位。本次建材與建筑展大約有1500家企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/參展，而其他類型的建材產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的布局都是混雜在一起的，惟獨石材http://www.stonebuy.com/展單獨占據(jù)了一個展館，共有79家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/與機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/，面積約700()平方米。由于是在會議中心，所以展位基本上是“一”字型展開的。而石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/及機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/館占據(jù)的是為數(shù)不多的一個大的展覽廳。石材http://www.stonebuy.com/廳的單個展位的面積也較大，以埃及當(dāng)?shù)氐膹S家為主。外國參展的主要是以石材http://www.stonebuy.com/機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/為主，有中國http://www.stonebuy.com、意大利、土耳其、印度的，主要是開采和加工機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/。由于埃及當(dāng)?shù)貨]有石材http://www.stonebuy.com/機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/生產(chǎn)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。所以，埃及的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/基本上是以進(jìn)口為主，這為中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/進(jìn)軍埃及提供了市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html空間。我們在展會上看到了福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/盛達(dá)、山東山發(fā)以及上海晶泉金剛石工具企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/身影，巧遇了上海飛宙、福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/盛達(dá)公司在開羅簽約的負(fù)責(zé)人。這說明中國http://www.stonebuy.com一些企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/已經(jīng)進(jìn)人了埃及市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。世界石材http://www.stonebuy.com/　

　　從石材http://www.stonebuy.com/展的內(nèi)容看，以板材和機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/為主，沒有荒料，這不是說埃及企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/不賣荒料，而是與在埃及當(dāng)?shù)丶庸ぐ宀氖�分便宜，以及它的大理石較軟、易加工有著直接關(guān)系。在埃及石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工廠的員工一個月工資約在130200美元。所以，一些石材http://www.stonebuy.com/發(fā)達(dá)國家甚至購買石材http://www.stonebuy.com/成品后二次加工再出口http://en.stonebuy.com/。而石材http://www.stonebuy.com/化工在埃及只是以補膠為主，沒有石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的清洗和防護(hù)產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/出現(xiàn)，更別提形成產(chǎn)業(yè)了。

　　其次，展會上惟獨舉辦的推介會就是針對中國http://www.stonebuy.com企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的資源與投資推介會，可見石材http://www.stonebuy.com/在本次展的重要地位。開幕的當(dāng)天，舉辦了針對中國http://www.stonebuy.com企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、行業(yè)協(xié)會、研究院、設(shè)計院代表為主的推介會。由埃及貿(mào)工部下屬的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/促進(jìn)中心、埃及大理石花崗石實驗技術(shù)中心、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生產(chǎn)開發(fā)區(qū)、質(zhì)量檢查局、自由投資局、工業(yè)技術(shù)中心、建材與建筑商會分別介紹了埃及的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)規(guī)模、出口http://en.stonebuy.com/狀況;未來石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)區(qū)發(fā)展遠(yuǎn)景;資源、品種狀況;開發(fā)區(qū)的服務(wù)內(nèi)容;投資與合作優(yōu)惠條件等。其目地是要吸引中國http://www.stonebuy.com的投資者。中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會會長鄒傳勝、中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)協(xié)會行業(yè)工作部主任林玉華、福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/盛達(dá)總經(jīng)理蘇永定、上海飛宙董事長杜金鳳及中國http://www.stonebuy.com企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/代表100余名出席了當(dāng)天的推介會。為什么埃及官方要不遠(yuǎn)萬里邀中國http://www.stonebuy.com企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/來埃及呢?在推介會上的幾個數(shù)據(jù)給出了答案。埃及自古以來就是石頭的生產(chǎn)大國，現(xiàn)在年出口http://en.stonebuy.com/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/約3.8億美元，約占埃及全國各類產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/總額的1110,在這3.8億石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/額中，75%的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/重量又被中國http://www.stonebuy.com買走了。據(jù)2006年中國http://www.stonebuy.com進(jìn)口埃及石材http://www.stonebuy.com/數(shù)字顯示，去年中國http://www.stonebuy.com進(jìn)口埃及大理石81萬噸，1億美元，而且大部分是板材(約1千200萬平方米)，約合每平米75元人民幣，這樣看，埃及米黃及淺色系列品種在中國http://www.stonebuy.com的市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html就很有價格競爭力—所以，中國http://www.stonebuy.com是最大的買家。據(jù)了解，大約常年在埃及當(dāng)?shù)夭少?a >石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的中國http://www.stonebuy.com人有150200人，每月大約發(fā)往中國http://www.stonebuy.com4000個集裝箱，當(dāng)?shù)厝松踔吝@樣說，如果中國http://www.stonebuy.com人一個星期不收石頭，一半的埃及石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/就要關(guān)門，此話一點不為過。 中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/網(wǎng)

　　第三，埃及充分利用這次展會平臺開展與中國http://www.stonebuy.com同行的廣泛合作。展會期間埃及還安排了中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/協(xié)會會長鄒傳勝一行和中國http://www.stonebuy.com企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/代表與埃及企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/進(jìn)行了多次接觸。參觀了距開羅30公里的蛇窩大理石加工區(qū)的數(shù)家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工廠，該加工區(qū)有企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/300家，是埃及最有名的老石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)區(qū);還遠(yuǎn)赴250公里，到達(dá)被當(dāng)?shù)厝朔Q為埃及“卡拉拉”的礦山，對大理石開采現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實地考查，最后還參觀了位于開羅城邊的最終要建成占地300(0畝大理石新工業(yè)區(qū)。中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/同行還就在埃及投資、辦廠、貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/等與埃方進(jìn)行了座談�？梢哉f，對整個埃及石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)有了一個初步的了解:即埃及向我們傳達(dá)了這樣一個信息，埃及今后要走石材http://www.stonebuy.com/深加工道路，并且在稅收上控制荒料的出口http://en.stonebuy.com/，板材要將適當(dāng)漲價，最終使埃及石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/值要達(dá)到年10億美元�！�
