    ⑸產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的使用說明書;

    ⑹產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的注冊商標(biāo);

    ⑺主要業(yè)績。

 所有資料必須齊全、真實、合法、有效。不得弄虛作假，否則撤銷備案，并予公布;

    2、協(xié)會將登記備案企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的資料在協(xié)會網(wǎng)站的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應(yīng)用護(hù)理企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/登記備案網(wǎng)頁上向社會公布(企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/要求保密的內(nèi)容除外);

    3、對企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/提供的業(yè)績情況經(jīng)核實后登入該網(wǎng)頁上的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/資信庫;

    4、根據(jù)協(xié)會掌握的情況，對國家和地方的重點建設(shè)工程或得獎工程項目中參與石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應(yīng)用護(hù)理相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的登記備案企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/進(jìn)行登記(包括功績和劣跡);

    5、對業(yè)績顯著、資信優(yōu)良的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應(yīng)用護(hù)理企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/(包括未登記備案的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/)進(jìn)行登記。

    6、根據(jù)社會各界、其他企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/投訴的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應(yīng)用護(hù)理企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/(包括未登記備案的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/)的不良行為經(jīng)調(diào)查核實后進(jìn)行登記;

    7、對石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應(yīng)用護(hù)理企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/反映的社會其他企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的不良行為經(jīng)調(diào)查核實后進(jìn)行登記;

    8、對社會企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/針對石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應(yīng)用護(hù)理企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/采取的不良行為，如惡意拖欠工程款等行為經(jīng)核實后予以曝光。

    9、協(xié)會對登記備案企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應(yīng)用護(hù)理企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/資信庫的信息實行動態(tài)管理，隨時更新內(nèi)容。

    二、實行登記備案制和建立資信庫的作用：

    三、登記備案管理的基本程序：

    3、通過協(xié)會網(wǎng)站向社會公布備案企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/名錄
