思南定下發(fā)展目標，實現(xiàn)石材產(chǎn)值100億

　　思南縣發(fā)現(xiàn)已大理石為主的裝飾石材http://www.stonebuy.com/資源遠景儲量達10億立方米，潛在經(jīng)濟價值不低于3萬億元。目前，已引進四川中江環(huán)球投資有限公司、四川綿陽科瑞特有限公司、福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/華豐實業(yè)有限公司、香港三合聯(lián)眾有限公司、貴州盤煤集團等15家企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/落地，協(xié)議總投資達50億元。其中，啟動了總投資19億元的黔東北石材http://www.stonebuy.com/交易中心建設(shè)，建成投產(chǎn)了4條石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生產(chǎn)線，開采了10多個礦點，累計完成投資近10億元。2012年，全縣共接待石材http://www.stonebuy.com/客商150余批次300余人次，有200余人次考察礦點100余個，新簽約石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/7家，簽約資金16.26億元，累計完成投資2.89億元。
　　現(xiàn)在，該縣加大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持力度，為加快石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/發(fā)展，定下了“全縣石材http://www.stonebuy.com/礦山開采、產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/加工及銷售企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/達150家以上，實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)值100億元以上”的發(fā)展目標。其中，加工企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/20家以上，新建大理石各類加工生產(chǎn)線200條以上，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/裝飾設(shè)計及大、中、小型營銷企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/100家以上。全縣統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃礦點50個至100個（按每投資1億元，建4條生產(chǎn)線，相應(yīng)匹配100畝礦山進行規(guī)劃），其中最大礦點不超過150畝。打造和注冊思南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/國內(nèi)統(tǒng)一商標，打造和建設(shè)黔東北石材http://www.stonebuy.com/交易中心，力爭打造和建設(shè)大西南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。
　　為促進目標實現(xiàn)，該縣制定了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)系列優(yōu)惠扶持政策。凡企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/年繳納稅費500萬元及以上的，給予企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主要負責人1%的獎勵。推薦企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主要負責人為省、市、縣黨代表、人大代表、政協(xié)委員，市、縣人大常委會委員或市、縣政協(xié)常委。凡企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/正式投產(chǎn)繳納稅費之日起，投資3億元及以下且年繳納稅費達250萬元以上的或投資5億元及以上且年繳納稅費達500萬元以上的，前3年內(nèi)按企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所繳納稅費的50%，4－5年內(nèi)按企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所繳納稅費的30%，獎勵給企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/作為加工基地土地出讓金補償費。個人對地方財政貢獻也有巨額獎勵。
