新疆打造“絲綢之路經濟帶”石材高地

      近日，記者從新疆石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業發展論證會上了解到，近年來，新疆城鎮化建設步伐加快，特別是中央新疆工作座談會召開以來，新疆由于得天獨厚的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/特色資源優勢和區位優勢，吸引了越來越多的內地企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/來新疆投資發展，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業由東部地區向中西部地區轉移趨勢明顯，新疆石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業的優勢逐步顯現。

　　據介紹，到2017年，新疆石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業產值將達到130億元，年均增長率為37%，預計提供約15萬個就業崗位。到2020年，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業產值達到300億元，年均增長約30%，板材產量為1.2億平方米，約占全國總量的10%，將帶動約20萬人就業。

　　新疆石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業發展迎來歷史新機遇

　　以前，提起石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業生產地，主要在福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/、湖北等省。近幾年，以我區鄯善縣、奇臺縣為代表的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業加工貿易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/集散地發展迅速。特別是2008年以來，這些地方的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產量逐漸占據新疆石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的半壁江山，品質超過許多內地石材http://www.stonebuy.com/大省，產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/暢銷國內外。2013年，鄯善縣和奇臺縣分別被授予了“中國http://www.stonebuy.com西部石材http://www.stonebuy.com/中心基地”和“中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/（花崗巖）產業基地”的榮譽稱號。

　　實際上，這只是我區石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業發展的一個縮影。

　　據了解，目前，新疆石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生產加工企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/200多家，鄯善、奇臺、烏魯木齊、哈密、焉耆、溫宿、福海、托克遜等12個縣市先后建設了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業園區或加工區。已開發近90個品種，14個品種被評為“全國名優特石材http://www.stonebuy.com/品種”，其中，黃、紅、咖啡色系的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/在國內知名度較高。石材http://www.stonebuy.com/已經逐漸成為新疆建材工業發展最快、最具發展優勢的產業之一。

　　中國http://www.stonebuy.com建筑材料規劃研究院副主任吳雪樵介紹說，“絲綢之路經濟帶”戰略構想的提出，有利于進一步凸顯新疆作為我國西部出口http://en.stonebuy.com/橋頭堡的戰略通道地位，形成全面向西開放的新格局，有利于發展自身資源、產業基礎、交通等優勢，開拓國際市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，尤其是中亞、歐洲等市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，形成區域性的貿易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/加工中心。

　　引導本地石材http://www.stonebuy.com/資源科學開發

　　自治區建筑材料行業管理辦公室的相關負責人表示，新疆計劃用5—10年，全方位打造以烏魯木齊市為基地的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/貿易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/集散中心，以鄯善、奇臺、哈密、博樂、焉耆、托里、青河七個園區為加工基地，產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/輻射國內和亞歐國家的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工貿易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/集散地。要把新疆建成在“絲綢之路經濟帶”上具有較大影響力的國際石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工貿易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/中心，同時，使石材http://www.stonebuy.com/成為自治區吸納勞動力的重要產業之一。

　　新疆將加大資金等方面的投入，支持七大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工園區基地建設、培育龍頭企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、“新疆石材http://www.stonebuy.com/”品牌建設；將積極創建石材http://www.stonebuy.com/職業技術學校，發展職業教育。采用與新疆現有大專院校聯合創辦或單獨創辦等方式，將石材http://www.stonebuy.com/專業列入高職招生計劃中，增設石材http://www.stonebuy.com/專業；加快當地各民族地區職業工人教育與培訓，同時，培養石材http://www.stonebuy.com/中高級專業技術人才及管理經營人才；重點培訓石材http://www.stonebuy.com/開采、加工、設計養護、安裝等技能，鼓勵企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/建立石材http://www.stonebuy.com/實習基地，積極組織當地石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業務人員到福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/、廣東、山東等石材http://www.stonebuy.com/先進產區進行學習、培訓；聘請、邀請國內外學者、專家來自治區交流、合作研究。加快高素質、創新型、復合型人才的引進和培養，特別要吸引和聘用具有國內外市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html開拓能力的人才。制定鼓勵政策，營造吸引人才、使用人才、留住人才的良好環境，使我區真正成為“石材http://www.stonebuy.com/創業者的樂園”。
