　　⑴集群“點石”。成立石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業協會，吸納本土石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/會員110家，制定石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工技術規范，共同打造“筠連石材http://www.stonebuy.com/”；引導石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業協會與西南水泥廠合作研發廢石綜合利用的新型水泥產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/；鼓勵筠山石材http://www.stonebuy.com/等3個龍頭企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/引進成套生產線5條，探索建立石灰石原料、人造石、微晶玻璃等上下游20余種石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的循環產業鏈。

　　⑵貼息“扶石”。采取給予石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/最高10萬元貸款貼息等措施，扶持30余家石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/發展。目前，已貼息石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/200萬元。

　　⑶拓路“賣石”。采取補助10%的攤位費等措施鼓勵企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/參加“中國http://www.stonebuy.com(南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/)水頭http://www.shicai.com.cn/國際石材http://www.stonebuy.com/博覽會”等國內外行業展會，推廣筠連石材http://www.stonebuy.com/品牌；引導石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/與大理古城、麗江古鎮等10余個旅游城市合作，采用筠連石材http://www.stonebuy.com/建設景點。力爭今年石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業綜合產值達 2億元。
