麻城市財政局工作組制定《麻城市規范石材企業會計行為工作方案》

　　據了解，自麻城市創建石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業高質量發展示范城工作全面啟動以來，麻城市財政局駐石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業園服務工作組一直持“5+2”、“白+黑”模式，扎實推進規范企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/建賬建制工作。目前，產業園石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/財務建賬建制初審工作已全面完成。

　　深入調研。麻城市財政局工作組在麻城市委市政府綜合協調服務隊的統一領導下，組織專業技術人員成立監督指導工作組，對石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/逐家進行調查摸底，全面細致地了解各家企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的類型、管理模式、主要產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/及生產工藝流程、是否有配套礦山、財務機構設置、會計人員配備等情況。在充分調研的基礎上，工作組制定了《麻城市規范石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/會計行為工作方案》。

　　統一規范。根據國家相關制度規定，結合麻城石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/實際情況，在反復研討的基礎上，工作組聯合稅務部門制定了《麻城市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/會計行為規范》，力促各家企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/財務核算口徑統一。與此同時，工作組制定了《麻城市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/建賬建制操作指南》，指導、督促各企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/建章立制，加強財務數據監測、統計、分析，健全財務管理制度。

　　集中審核。組織專業財務人員對各家企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的財務資料進行集中審核，引導企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/強化高質量發展理念，提高經營管理水平，規范建賬建制，強化財務核算。截至6月23日，麻城市石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業園企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/中，財務管理規范的達24家，基本規范的達47家。

　　下一步，工作組將組織石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/全體財務人員進行業務培訓，進一步規范財務建賬建制，強化企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/成本核算，確保稅收“預警值”測算和建賬建制工作任務按照時間節點要求圓滿完成。
