企業在企業文化認識上存在的誤區

1、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的文體宣傳文化化。（1）把企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/文化看成文體活動。唱歌、打球，并規定次數，認為文體活動就是企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/文化；（2）把警句口號當成企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/文化。認為企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/文化就是制定的標語口號，念起來朗朗上口、鏗鏘有力，企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/員工進入企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/就象進入標語的海洋；（3）把媒體的宣傳視做企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/文化。認為企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/文化就是把重點放到媒體宣傳上，從而來影響公眾，使企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/文化成為廣告的一種表現形式。
2、企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/文化政治化。（１）認為企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/文化就是職工的覺悟，有覺悟就有文化，總是把講奉獻、學雷鋒時刻掛在嘴上，不考慮實際工作的效果。企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/員工要講奉獻、講艱苦奮斗，但更要講價值的回報，要講激勵機制，才能調動員工的積極性和創造性。要學雷鋒，要助人為樂，但也不能總讓雷鋒吃虧。（２）認為企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/文化就是做好職工的思想政治工作。企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/組織豐富多彩的文體活動讓職工的精神充滿活力；在生活上問寒問暖，遇見困難就大家援助，讓員工感受到組織的溫暖。這樣的做法團結了員工，增強了凝聚力，對企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的發展很有幫助，這是思想政治工作，不是企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/文化，最多算做企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/文化的表象。
